Spent my Christmas at a hotel near the city, it was a nice experience. The buffet breakfast offered a great variety of food and the staff was really helpful and friendly. The location was perfect to explore the city, it was close to all the interesting places. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the lobby's cozy fireplace which made the stay really homey and warm.

Some things could have been improved, the heating system in the room was hard to regulate and sometimes the room was too hot or too cold. There were also some problems with the internet which made it difficult to connect to the outside world.

The breakfast was the best thing about this hotel. The food was filling and delicious. The staff was also very helpful, always willing to assist with our needs. the location was great, making it easy to access nearby businesses.

The heater was difficult to regulate, leaving us with either a hot or a cold room. the internet often did not work properly, which was particularly problematic as we were on a business trip and needed to communicate with our colleagues.

During our stay, we enjoyed the warm fireplace in the lobby and appreciated the helpful staff who made our stay more pleasant. We loved the delicious and filling breakfast buffet that was offered at a convenient location. the hotel's great location worked in our favor.
